
1. Maintain sufficient body moisture is important: Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Reduce your intake of caffeine, as well as foods that contain high protein and alcoholic beverages.
2. Wash your eyelid: Use clean and warm water. First, dip the fabric into warm water, then rub it on your eyelid for five minutes. Use mild soap and eye noodles. Use your fingers, massage gently on the eyelid, and wash out carefully. After washing, use clean towels or handkerchiefs until dry.
